Regulated members are required to participate if selected for an audit to evaluate their continuing competence activities. The audit focuses on verifying and/or evaluating activities a regulated member records as their competence activities for a previous CC cycle.
Audits are conducted through a random selection as well as direct selection as per the Competence Committee and/or the Registrar. Reasons members would be selected through direct selection include, but are not limited to mandatory participation due to previous failed audits or a conduct requirement.
Members selected to participate are required to produce supporting documentation for the activities recorded on their profile in the member portal for the audit year that is identified.
