In March 2023, the College delivered on its promise to give regulated members regular opportunity for feedback by issuing the 2023 Member Survey. This was the follow up to the 2017, 2019 and 2021 surveys. The 2023 survey continued the objective of asking general questions about satisfaction with the services and communication provided by the College for the purpose of identifying areas where the College could improve.
The survey was sent to all active practitioners through an online survey tool. In the 25-day collection period,1,551 members responded. The overall response rate was 18%. This response rate returns a confidence rate of 99% with a +/- 3% margin of error (with the exception of the customer service section).
