Complaints about an Education provider

Occasionally a student will express a concern about the delivery of an approved paramedic education program. There are some areas where the College can intervene and will work with the education provider to improve the quality of education.

If you are a student with a concern about an education provider listed above, please complete the Complaint Form for Students and Educators. (The College will not act upon anonymous complaints, except where the safety of a student, staff member or the public is implicated.)

This form is specifically used in the context of reporting a concern about an education provider – if your complaint is about the conduct of a current regulated member of the College, please see the information on Reporting a Complaint.
