The College has launched a new LMS course on Documentation for Prehospital Professionals, and it can be accessed for free through the College’s LMS portal.
This course works in collaboration with a new Documentation Guideline and provides a deeper dive into the concepts introduced within it. The objective is to help you understand how the guideline applies to day-to-day practice and how to translate expectations into clear, defensible patient care records. This is a key component to industrial clinical practice and occupational health. The course can be used as a key resource for all forms of patient care charting/reporting.
