If you are currently a regulated member and you are not planning to renew your practice permit for the upcoming 2021/2022 member year, please fill out a declaration of non-renewal.
If you do not indicate to the College that you will not be renewing, you will continue to receive reminder after reminder between now and the end of renewal. Then, after September 30, the College has no choice but to suspend your registration and practice permit – before we keep sending you reminders about reactivating for another month.
Eventually, your practice permit will be cancelled for failing to renew.
If you’re not planning to renew, we promise not to take it personally. We’d rather part as friends and not continue to send you irrelevant reminders.
