Yesterday, the College sent out a Direct Message with important information on the availability of the COVID-19 vaccine for regulated members. With more than 8,000 regulated members, the most efficient way the College can provide information relevant to your practice and the healthcare environment right now is through email. However, we are hearing from some that these emails are going to a junk or spam folder.

We know that a substantial change recently happened when Telus moved their email addresses to a Google platform. This has resulted in a higher than normal number of the College’s emails being marked as spam or junk. While the College is continuously working to make sure all emails make it to regulated members, we could use your help to ensure you receive important updates as they come out.

Please check all junk and spam folders and mark the following College email addresses as a safe sender:

If you have a Google-hosted or Gmail email address, to add the College emails to your address book, right click on an email from the College and selecting mark as safe sender.
